Contract commenced 01/01/12. Very unhappy - issues from day 1 - not emptying bins, cleaning microwave, not washing up not wiping desks - poor vacuuming 04/02/12 - Cleaner didn't turn up at all - customer service with regard to resolving the problem - very poor - don't use them - they will disappoint!
